Still selling written off vehicles, failed to disclose when I enquired about a particular car.

We were sold a repairable write-off with no mention of it being in an accident in the past. Dealer later advised they have no requirement to disclose this information.

Test drove 2012 XV Subaru awd luxury wagon registration 1HRK139 from Carwings (www.carwings.com.au) in Kenwick, Perth on 13 March 2023 only to find out car was not licensed and therefore not insured. Two of us asked if the vehicle had any crash history and told no, categorically. Put $1000 deposit down with salesman Afwaz Auff following a visual inspection and alarm bells raised when collection was being arranged and it was noticed the tow tongue and ball was missing. When questioned the salesman stated there was no entitlement to it as it was not standard equipment. When it was pointed out that it was represented as part of the sale in the photos for sale the salesman stated you are not getting it. A check of reviews lead to a vehicle check and the vehicle was found to be written off in Victoria and also recorded in WA. Called Dealer Principal Irshad and notified him of the misleading info provided and that he wasn't prepared to sell the vehicle as represented anyway. Stated nobody asked the question regarding a crash and whether I had any proof. Dealer Principal then stated the (WOVR) report would have been provided if it was asked for. I questioned why a report would be requested if the car wasn't involved in a crash. Requested 100% deposit be returned. DP stated deposit was non refundable despite no detail in contract. Later in conversation he stated he was entitled to 5% of vehicle sale price, also contrary to detail of contract. Later DP changed statement again to he wasn't interested in my money. Provided with deadline to refund that has passed. Now not answering or replying to calls or texts. Text provided to DP notify him that the sale was not being proceeded with. Despite not answering, thes car was relisted within 40 mins on Gumtree and Autotrader. Now progressing with legal action.

Must be very carefull with this dealer ! They won't tell you the car has been written off in the past ! I bought the 2106 Honda CR-V with the saler named Shane on 4-Oct-2022. Bring the car home, check the VIN and found out the car had been Written Off twice. Bring back the next day, they said no refund policy, only accept to return 90% as they already paid GST and give us an invoice to claim GST. We call ATO and turn out there is no way we can claim that 10% GST back, lose 1700$ in just one night ! Still remember the guy's voice in the phone "there is no way you can get your money back !"

Bought a 2014 Kia Cerato Koup from here, they did not disclose that the car is a write off before sale or that the radiator had been damaged with a leak from the ATF cooler fitting they went out of their way to cover up evidence of the leak including cleaning all ATF fluid from inside engine bay. In addition to this the advertisement stated that the car had been serviced when it was 17,000kms past the service point dealer started the car to conceal the service warning message. They have dodged all attempts to contact them due to the fact that they would have to carry out repairs under the statutory warranty.

This is most dodgiest dealer in Perth. They’ve changed their company name to hide previous reviews. The other name is Carwings. They’ve got all written off repaired vehicles. They don’t tell you that it’s accidental. They give you warranty but when you claim that warranty, they don’t cover anything and come up with the excuses. Avoid at all costs.

False advertising on cars . You need to be quick and save the ads for your protection. We bought a new model car from them . No information about it. Told it was from 1 owner who really looked after it. Was not the case. Car has been written off before. Which even when asked if it had any damage it was denied. Said it was to be sold with log book but nothing to be found. Research everything before purchasing from here.

On the 8 Dec 23020 i made one of my biggest mistake buying a car from this joint !! I have dealt with Shan, and i have chose an PULSAR 2005 with 51000km !!!! They did not told that the car was RIDEOFF and heavily damaged before !! I payed far much more than the market value !! TO ALL NEW BUYERS , BE CAREFULL WHEN DEALING WITH THIS DEALERSHIP !!
